Self-pickup tickets are made one day before the shipment. The tickets submitted after 3 PM will be executed the next day or reviewed separately.
In case of same-day shipments, the manager will coordinate the shipment with the warehouse manager within 2 hours. We can’t guarantee that the shipment will be completed.
